Karen Kaufmann and Clarence Maybee will be hosting two author discussion huddles (Connect Lounge sessions) at the American Library Association (ALA) Conference on Sunday, June 28th.

In this Huddle, we will strategize how we can teach broader ideas surrounding IL within the various institutional contexts in which we work.
Huddle #2: How can academics and library and information science students better collaborate to develop information literacy as an applied discipline? (Sun 6/28, 2 to 2:20 PM)
In this Huddle, we will brainstorm ways current practitioners can connect with students in library and information science programs to work together to envision a future in which the discipline of IL evolves to be responsive to the information needs of future generations.
